  • What can a podiatrist do?

    Podiatrists treat multiple conditions relating to the feet, ankles and limbs. At Acacia Podiatry, we offer general footcare, pain treatment, posture and gait assessments, custom range of orthotic supports, to ingrown toenails and minor surgery. Patients of all ages can benefit from podiatry care.

  • Why should I see a podiatrist?

    A podiatrist has a special interest in feet, walking and footwear. We offer technology-based assessments to diagnose your concerns and can provide targeted treatments aimed at resolving pain and helping keep you on your feet. For foot pain, problems with walking and corns and calluses, you’ll find helpful advice and care at Acacia Podiatry. 

  • Is podiatry bulk billed?

    A rebate of $58 may be available with a valid referral once the appointment is paid for.  Any additional services including custom orthotics and procedures are an expense incurred by the patient. 

  • Am I eligible for a Medicare rebate?

    To be eligible for a Medicare rebate, you will require a referral from a GP. To book any podiatry services, don’t hesitate to call us at Acacia Podiatry to speak with our friendly team.

  • Do you accept patients through the NDIS?

    Yes, we do. We also accept patients through DVA.
